Loved it. Very personal account of the sorrow of loosing a husband to cancer. I would highly recommend this book.
I discovered Edie Clark's work in Yankee magazine and have now read several of her books. This one differs from the others in that it is a memoir not a collection of essays. Lovely, if sad, story about her second marriage that tragically ended with the premature death of her husband. Not only is his book her tribute to her husband, but also serves as the story of one person's experience of coping with cancer.
Excellent in all ways. Highly readable. Compelling. Well written
